Waitakere City Council Walk2Work Day 2010 (internal only)

Date:
Wed, 10/03/2010 - 07:30

Waitakere City Council Staff will be making an effort to Walk2Work on the 10th of March. Staff who walk to work will be greeted at the Council Building with a light refreshment, and an opportunity to go into the draw to win some fun and funky foot focused prizes.

We will be encouraging as many people to take part, even those who live far away, perhaps might park and walk from a distance, or use a combination of Public Transport and walking. People will also be encouraged to find a colleague to walk with!

This will be seen as an opportunity for people to try a new way to get to work, and to learn about the city that we work in.
