Nominations closed 25 May 2018 and we had a great response.

This will be the premier walking event of 2018 and a great chance to learn more about what is happening for pedestrians in New Zealand.

The best way to get an invite for this cool event is to get your nomination in for a Golden Foot Walking Award.

Award ceremony 26 June at Parliament with Associate Minister Julie Ann Genter.

Living Streets Aotearoa is the New Zealand organisation for people on foot, promoting walking-friendly communities. We are a nationwide organisation with local branches and affiliates throughout New Zealand.

We want more people walking and enjoying public spaces be they young or old, fast or slow, whether walking, sitting, commuting, shopping, between appointments, or out on the streets for exercise, for leisure or for pleasure.
