Regional Land Transport Programme (RLTP)

  1. The Regional Transport committee (RTC) is responsible for preparing the Regional Land Transport Programme (RLTP) which feeds into the National Land Transport Programme (NLTP).
  2. The RLTP used to be done annually but since Land Transport Management Act (LTMA)changes in August 08 is now done 3 yearly, so this is the first three year plan
  3. The RTC prioritises each activity class e.g.
