Hi everyone,
Just some brief notes from our meeting held on January 15th,
and a request for feedback on one item involving finances.
Items dealt with at the meeting were as follows:
1. CBD Walking Map production:
The map is now with the printer and should be delivered back
to us by the end of January, ready to go!
Costs involved are:
(a) Map printing, 10,000 copies double-sided, full colour, on

Hi everyone,
Firstly, apologies for the dearth of meeting notes over the past couple
of months - our main focus has been the CBD walking map, which we have
been plodding on with (so to speak), and a certain amount of ill-health
and minor catastrophes intervened there as well.
However, it is now spring, life is on the improve, and we have a very
nearly completed walking map, with an amazing amount of information on
it painstakingly assembled by Peter Bos, and a handsome collection of

Good news for pedestrians and cyclists - more new footpaths are to be built around the district thanks to a change in funding policy from Land Transport New Zealand (LTNZ).
The Government�s transport funding agency has approved funding for a large proportion of the �higher priority� footpaths identified in Thames-Coromandel District Council�s draft CyclinRegion (NZ):
